Google Pushes Out 2nd Panda Refresh of Month, Surveys Users on Search Result Quality

Google has confirmed Panda version 3.8 is live, noting that it affects less than 1 percent of queries worldwide – the second Panda refresh of June. Meanwhile, Google is also asking users to rate how satisfied they are with their search results.
